All our products are imported from the USA and are Brand New With Tags, so you know you are receiving excellent quality. Some items may vary from the picture, there maybe a slight variation of the shade of colours. 
 
We attempt to update our website everyday as our items sell quickly. If you purchase something and it is not in stock we will email you to advise you, you can have the choice of cancelling your order and if you have paid a full refund will be issued straight away. Or you can wait a couple of weeks for us to have the item back in stock. We usually place our order with our supplier every 2 - 3 weeks.
 
We have also created a page on our website under the sub-heading Plus Size Wish List or Regular Size Wish List so you can view the products we can supply you. These items are not in stock but we can get them in for you.

Payment Information
 
 
For International Buyers we only accept Pay Pal, no other method is acceptable.
 
For Australian Residents, we accept payment via Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit & Money Order. We use Pay Pal as it is the most secure way to receive and send money online. You can use your credit card or savings account with Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to pay with your credit card.
 
If you prefer to pay via internet transfer/bank deposit or money order please fill in our Order Form and we will email you to confirm your order and supply you with our banking/mailing address details. As you can appreciate we do not advertise our banking details online for security reasons. If you decide to pay via money order will also send you our mailing address details.
 
 
Payment must be received within 5 days (not 5 working days). If payment is not received then your order will be deleted.
 
If you need longer to pay please email us before buying so we can make arrangements.
 
 
 
Postage Information
 
 
For Australian Residents we post all our items via express post with Australia Post. Once we mail your order we will email you with your express post reference number. If the item is in stock we will post your order within 24hrs of your payment being received.
 
We charge $8.00 for express postage within Australia. So you only pay $8.00 for the first item and for each additional item it is FREE. If you have any problems please email us immediately.
 
 
For our International Buyers, we post all our items via International Registered Mail as this is the safest method. Once we mail your order we will email you with your International Registered Post Reference number. If the item is in stock we will post your order within 24hrs of your payment being received. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
 
All our postage prices on our website is for Australian Mailing ONLY. The prices for International Mailing is $20.00 (AUD) for the first item and $3.00 AUD for each additional item. When you proceed to pay for your item Pay Pal will only charge you $8.00, you will need to go to our International Buyers Postage Page to pay the additional $12.00 AUD.
 
If you are buying more then one item please email us and we will organise an invoice through Pay Pal for any additional items you purchase. Additional items is $3.00 AUD each. 
 
If you do not pay the correct postage costs, your order will be cancel and we will issue you a refund.
 
When your item/s arrive in your country and goes through customs you are responsible for any tariffs, import duties, taxes, GST etc, IF they are applicable. Out postage costs does not cover these costs.
