Return/Exchange Policy
Dare 2 Be Wild wants our customers to be happy with their purchase and we do offer refunds or exchanges on garments.
Please read the following for the terms and conditions of our refund/exchange policy. Also please click here to open up our Return/Exchange Form that you must fill in when returning or exchanging items.
- The garment/s is returned to us within 10 days of the original dispatch date.
- The garment/s must not have been worn or washed.
- The garment/s still has all tags attached.
- The garment/s is in “as new” condition and not have been altered by yourself in any way. Also the garment/s have not been soiled or damaged.
- You have filled in our Return/Exchanges Form, if you don’t send the form back with the garment/s then refund or exchanged is not processed.
We will do our best to exchange your item if sizing is an issue. If an item is out of stock or no longer available by the Manufacturer then the customer can choose another item of there choice as long as it is the same dollar value.
Please Note: Postage is NOT refundable, also returning the garment/s back to us is at your expense plus shipment of another garment is also at your expense. The only exception is when there is a Manufacturer’s fault with the garment we will then issue a refund of the postages costs.
